Graduated in Civil Engineering from the University Mackenzie, with an MBA in Finance by IBMEC. Ricarod Lisboa began professional career in Financial market, operating tables from Unibanco and CreditSuisse First Boston, with emphasis on interest and foreign exchange operations in the markets of Brazil and Chile. Joined in the electricity sector in 1998, early in the Enron's activities in South America, participated in strategy development and the implantation of the marketer energy company in Brazil. Left the Enron to finance Delta Comercializadora de Energia, an associate of Abraceel since 2002, being one of the pioneers In commercialization of electric energy Brazil. As of 2006, Delta has taken over the the role of commodity trading, going beyond from the area of electric power and updated in the ethanol (tanning and trading international) and biodiesel (production), with offices in the cities of São Paulo, Ribeirão Preto (SP), Rio Brilhante (MS) and the United States United States and Europe. Alessandra Amaral | Vice-President

Formada em Economia pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, com Mestrado em Engenharia Industrial, com ênfase em Finanças pela PUC/RJ e MBA em Gestão Empresarial pela Fundação Dom Cabral e em Marketing, pela COPPEAD/UFRJ, Alessandra ocupa atualmente posição de Diretora Presidente da Energisa Comercializadora, Unidade de Negócios de comercialização de energia elétrica do grupo Energisa. A executiva ingressou no grupo há 14 anos, para assumir a Diretoria Corporativa de Mercado e Comercialização de Energia, tendo liderado, em 2006, o start-up da Energisa Comercializadora. Iniciou sua carreira como trainee da Vale, em 1993, tendo trabalhado por 6 anos na Coca-Cola e nos 3 anos seguintes na Light, ocupando posições gerenciais nas áreas de Operações de Planejamento destas empresas. Atualmente, Alessandra é chair do Comitê de Energia Elétrica da AMCHAM (Câmara de Comércio Americana), é membro do Conselho de Energia Elétrica da FIRJAN e do conselho internacional da Fundação Dom Cabral.

Cláudio Monteiro | Vice-President

Fábio Rogério Zanfelice | Vice-president

Fabio has a degree in Electrical Engineering from UNESP, a master's degree in Planning of Energy Systems from UNICAMP and an MBA in Economics and Management from COPPEAD-UFRJ. In 1988, he began his career at CESP as a maintenance electrician. In 2000, already in the position of engineer, he worked in the planning of operation in hydroelectric plants and development of programs for monitoring of dams and monitoring of construction of large UHEs. In 2001, he joined CPFL Energia in the marketing area where he deepened his expertise in the segment. Developed methodologies and implemented optimization models with the objective of maximizing margins of commercialization. He participated in mergers and acquisitions projects of companies in the sector and was responsible for the development and implementation of the market risk policy applied to the energy commercialization segment. In 2013, he took over the presidency of CPFL Brasil, an energy trading company of the CPFL Group, where he was responsible for leading the entire energy trading process, developing and structuring CPFL Eficiência, a company dedicated to implementing energy efficiency and distributed generation solutions. He also served as Board Member of the Board of Directors of companies in which the CPFL Energia Group held a stake. In June 2015, he joined Votorantim Energia as President and was responsible for the management of Votorantim Group's energy activities, with emphasis on the energy and self-production management of the Group's industrial units, the commercialization activity, the viability of new investments in generation And the creation of new businesses, services and products associated with energy. Marcos Aurélio Alvarenga Pimentel Junior | Vice-President

Economist graduated from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais – UFMG in 2001 and with a postgraduate at the same institution in Strategic Management with a Major in Business (2003). He works at Power Company of Minas Gerais (Cemig) since 2002, having already worked as energy risk analyst and most recently as wholesale energy purchase and sale operations manager. He currently holds the position of superintendent of wholesale energy purchase and sale being responsible for business processes involving CCEE, for the wholesale business operations and for the financial settlement of the contracts of CEMIGs Commercial Board. Elected on March 15th, 2011, with a two-year term of office. Re-elected on March 7th, 2013 for two more years.

Mikio Kawai Jr. | Vice-President

Graduated in Economics from FEA-USP, he holds a master's degree in economics from Unicamp, a doctorate in civil engineering (emphasis on energy resources) from Unicamp and AMP from the IESE Business School. It has more than 20 years of experience in the energy and financial markets. He was Operations Director of OpenLink - Risk Management and Trading - Consulting in Energy Markets, in New York and São Paulo; Manager of Energy Supply of the AES Group, energy trader at CPFL Energia, in addition to having served on the trading desk in some national and international banks operating in Brazil. He was a university professor and mentor of courses taught by BM & F. In 2008, he assumed the position of executive director of Safira Energia. He was elected to the position of Abraceel's counselor in March 2015 for a term of two years and was re-elected on March 8, 2017.

Oderval Esteves Duarte Filho | Vice-President

Bachelor of Economics from UFMG, Oderval Duarte is a partner at Banco BTG Pactual, responsible for the Energy Trading Board and the Infrastructure area. He is a portfolio manager of some funds, among them FIP Brasil Energia, the first fund created for investments in the national electricity sector, directly responsible for the implementation of more than 1,000 MW of generation, from the most different sources. He held executive positions between 1998 and 2003 of Southern Company, coordinating the company's investments in Brazil. Before that time, he was a senior auditor of PwC. He also served as Cemig's advisor for five years. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of several companies in the Brazilian electricity sector. In March 2013, he was elected to the presidency of Abraceel's Board of Directors, with a two-year term of office, and in March 2015, re-elected for another two years. On March 8, 2017, he was re-elected to the position of association advisor.

Rafael Villano Mathias | Vice-Presidente

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from Mackenzie University, with an MBA from INSPER, Rafael Villano Mathias is a founding partner and director of Capitale Energia. He began his career in the financial market, in the credit area of Unibanco and later in the Corporate Board of ING Bank. He joined the electric sector in 2003, at Delta Energia, being responsible for the operations and back office area. Later, from 2007 to 2010, he worked at EDP, being co-responsible for the trading desk and structured operations. In 2010, he founded Capitale Energia. In 2012, Pátria Investimentos became a shareholder of the company, bringing a solid financial structure to Capitale Energia. He was elected to the position of Abraceel's counselor in March 2015 for a term of two years and was re-elected on March 8, 2017.
